Chargers to host GLIAC Championships

Abstract:
Hillsdale College will host this year's GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship next week, April 29 - May 1. Hosting the meet is an honor that comes around every five to six years.

Head coach Bill Lundberg said his team will be strong coming into the meet, especially after this weekend's Gina Relays - also held at Hillsdale College's Olympic-grade Ken Herrick Track - but will be hard pressed to take the meet due to the lack of depth on the team....

All I can say is "Fire Up" Back at ya Coach Lundberg and Chargers!! It's always a pleasure to host the GLIAC Meet. . . . . While Grand Valley has amassed an impressive team in the past few years. . . it's still a pleasure to host the GLIAC and show them that we have the BEST Facilities in the country for a small school. Great Meet to Host and we have lots of "horses" for the ladies and gents that look like they will give the Lakers and the remainder of the conference some strong competition.

Keep it rolling Coach Lundberg and Coaching Staff . . you are a great group of people and great mentors to so many young people.

and Congrats to Charger Teammate Jim McHugh who will be admitted into the Champions Club this weekend!!

Way to Go Blue and White!!

Sincerely,

Jaime Dudash
