On Halloween night, several people dressed like zombies stalked everyone walking up and down the hill by the Grewcock Student Union. Two others dressed all in black and stood in the shadows between Benzing Hall and Mauck Residence. The "zombies" followed people up and down the hill, which isn't a big deal. (0) comments
The U.S. Justice Department announced Oct. 19 it will not federally prosecute medical marijuana sale or use, but it retreat does not mean they fully embrace it. In the released memorandum, which acts more as a guide to dealing with marijuana cases individually, the department says to allow medical marijuana caretakers and patients to ride their high, and only bring down illegal dealers that fit the listed criteria of acting against state laws.
